Refund - Return Policy



As Detox Tea Market, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level and to provide high quality products. However, we apply some conditions and procedures for product returns. Please read the following information carefully:

Returnable Products

1. Unpacked products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of unpackaged products.

2. We do not accept returns for products purchased more than once because we do not know the storage conditions and it is not possible to sell these products.

3. Products with expired expiration dates: Return requests are accepted if the products have expired. You must notify us within 20 days of your order date.

4. Problems caused by the manufacturer: If the products have a problem caused by the manufacturer, you can contact our customer support for a refund within 7 days after your order delivery date.

5. Exploded and unpackaged products: For exploded or unpacked products, the return of products with a cargo detection record on the date of delivery of the cargo is accepted. This article never applies if you do not keep a record that your package is burst or torn or damaged during the delivery of your cargo.



Return Procedure

1. For a return request, you must notify us within 2 days from the date you receive the product.

2. For the return process, you can send an e-mail to info@detoxteamarket.com to inform your return request. Be sure to include your order number, reason for return and product information (product name and quantity) in the email.

3. For approved return requests, customers will be provided with the necessary instructions for the return process.

4. The shipping costs of the products to be returned are at the customer's expense. Shipping fees paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.



Refund and Product Exchange

Upon approved return requests, the refund process is carried out after the returned products are checked. The completion of the refund may vary depending on bank processing times and payment method. For payments made by credit card, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card account. The refund is made by deducting the credit card commission fee.

For products that are accepted for return by all items, in product exchange requests, when the changed product is sent to us, the next day after receipt, the necessary arrangements are made for the product requested by the customer and the customer is paid by deducting the shipping fee or the new product is sent free of shipping. For orders outside Turkey, no exchange or refund can be made without deducting the costs!
